Lead the design and implementation of training programs focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) covering AR, Denials Management, Cash Posting, Billing, and the full RCM cycle.
Serve as project lead and mentor for development of eLearning skills among associates, managing resources and timelines to meet quality standards and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with content experts and SMEs to ensure training content is accurate, current, and engaging, utilizing learning management systems and online technologies.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with hands-on expertise in AR, Denials, Cash Posting, Billing, and RCM cycle related to U.S Healthcare.
Experience in roles such as Process Trainer, Process Coach, Subject Matter Expert (SME), QA Analyst, or Senior AR.
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
Work Location: Must be able to work from office in Gurgaon or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in RCM within U.S Healthcare environment with strong operational knowledge of AR, Denials, Billing, and Cash Posting processes.
Skilled in managing and delivering training programs and eLearning projects, with capability to mentor and develop other training associates.
Effective collaborator with SMEs and content experts to maintain up-to-date and compliant training content, comfortable using learning management systems and related online tools.
