Provide operational support and ensure availability and performance of Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) Kubernetes clusters.
Own end-to-end resolution of production incidents including diagnosis, remediation, root-cause analysis, and recurrence prevention.
Manage lifecycle operations, upgrades, monitoring, and security compliance for ARO platform and related Azure infrastructure components.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Platform Support, Cloud Support, Application Support, or Infrastructure roles.
Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or similar Kubernetes platforms is essential.
AZ-900 or equivalent cloud fundamentals certification is mandatory; Red Hat OpenShift Administrator or Kubernetes certification is advantageous.
Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex Kubernetes-based cloud platforms with strong troubleshooting skills for production environments.
Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, YAML, Terraform, KQL) and CLI tools (oc, kubectl, az) with familiarity in CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and observability tools.
Able to take full ownership of technical issues within audit and governance frameworks, communicate effectively across teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
