Strategy and Analytics Business Partner

Own data-driven insights and analytics for the Internal Systems and SDC business area to influence leadership decisions and improve operational performance.

Partner with senior leadership to drive business strategy, planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking within the SDC organization.

Lead mission-critical projects and strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence and the rhythm of business across cross-functional global teams.

Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).

4+ years of professional experience in data analysis roles, including minimum 3 years of advanced SQL skills.

Experience handling extremely large datasets and demonstrated impact using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience working with Financial Services, Accounting, GTM/Sales, or Operations.

Experienced in navigating fast-paced, high-growth fintech or technology environments and comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

Ability to distill complex data and business issues into actionable insights, connecting strategic vision to operational detail.

Operates effectively in a globally distributed team environment focusing on measurable business and operational outcomes.
