Own end-to-end monitoring and coordination of daily business and operational activities across various functions ensuring timely task completion.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, trackers related to business operations, team performance, finance, and QMS to provide actionable insights.
Support management in business performance reviews, audit preparation, process improvements, and financial tracking including invoices, payments and reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analysis, Operations, MIS, Quality, Finance Operations or a similar role.
Preferred qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MBA; freshers with strong analytical and Excel skills may be considered.
Must have skills: MS Office including Excel and dashboard preparation, basic understanding of business operations, process management, and finance-related activities.
Basic understanding of QMS and ISO standards preferred; Work Experience Required: 0-2 years

Analytical individual comfortable working across multiple teams and functions with strong ownership and accountability for operational accuracy and completeness.
Experience or willingness to manage cross-functional coordination in operations, quality management, and finance domains.
Candidates demonstrating attention to detail, structured problem solving, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and interest in learning across business operations, QMS, finance, and analytics.
