Manager, Accounting (Indirect Cost Analysis)

Lead and develop a team responsible for finalizing indirect costs, accruals, and accurate cost allocation across business units.

Oversee financial reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, yearly) ensuring timeliness and accuracy, and review indirect cost variances providing actionable insights.

Collaborate with entity controllers and business finance teams, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support audits related to AP Operations and indirect costs.

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of indirect cost accounting, accruals, balance sheet schedules, variance analysis, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Experienced finance leader familiar with managing teams and driving process automation in indirect cost accounting.

Skilled in analytical review, financial reporting, and improving operational accuracy in financial processes.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with controllers, business leaders, and finance teams in a matrixed environment.
