Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or related role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Data Center topologies and routing/switching protocols like BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRRP; basic scripting skills in Python, Go, Shell and orchestration tools like Ansible or Salt.
Experience working in 24x7 on-call rotation environments and handling critical network incidents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate with foundational networking knowledge including Cisco CCNA or Juniper JNCIA certifications or equivalent is preferred.
Able to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, incident-driven environments with strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
Experienced in automation and scripting to improve network operational efficiency and performance monitoring.
