Minimum Requirements
4-6+ years of hands-on experience administering or developing in ServiceNow.
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and ITAM required.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
ServiceNow CSA certification required or in progress.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in maintaining and improving core ServiceNow modules including ITSM and CMDB with knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps being a plus.
Operates effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with ability to work cross-functionally.
Has demonstrated ability to mentor junior admins and manage platform governance and documentation.
