Azure Databricks - Lead Technical Consultant

Lead the technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery for client software projects.

Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and driving continual improvement of services.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and teams to translate designs into functional and technical specifications while maintaining effective working relationships.

3-5 years of application development experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field mandatory.

Experience with agile software development methodologies.

Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.

Experienced in leading technical teams with demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.

Strong foundation in computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software design relevant to application development.

Effective communicator capable of presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences including high-level decision makers.
