Lead enterprise identity strategy and platform architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, including cloud identity, directory services, and modern authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
Design and implement secure authentication architectures and advanced identity security controls like Conditional Access policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and risk-based authentication to support AI-powered operations.
Own end-to-end IAM application development, project execution, automation for access management, and identity governance across multi-cloud ecosystems, partnering with security and infrastructure teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
8-12 years of experience in IAM, cloud security, or cybersecurity engineering.
Strong experience in Agentic AI IAM architecture, identity governance, secrets management, and enterprise IAM program delivery.
Location requirement: Gurgaon or Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hybrid cloud IAM environments using platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and Google Cloud Secrets Manager.
Skilled in automating IAM workflows using Terraform, CI/CD, and DevSecOps tooling, with strong security engineering and program delivery capabilities.
Strong strategic and operational ownership in delivering enterprise IAM solutions that integrate AI/Agentic security controls and Zero Trust architecture principles.
