Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and mentor engineering teams, ensuring application reliability and security.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software design, development, and support.
Hands-on expertise with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms GCP and/or Azure.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leader capable of driving architectural decisions and leading engineering best practices in large-scale, fast-paced enterprise environments.
Strong background in cloud-native application development and modernization, including microservices migration and event-driven systems.
