Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of application development experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end technical delivery and mentoring teams in software projects.
Strong foundation in computer science concepts like data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior decision makers.
