Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of application development experience.
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable field.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability to lead technical aspects of software development lifecycle including estimation and delivery.
Strong foundation in computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Effective communicator able to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior decision makers.
