Lead technical planning and requirements gathering including estimation, architecture, development, testing, and delivery for Snowflake and dbt based data solutions.
Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and driving continual improvement of services.
Collaborate with architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of total application development experience.
7+ years experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Analytics, with 6+ years hands-on Snowflake and 4+ years with dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud.
Advanced SQL development, Kimball dimensional modeling, and expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Snowflake Certification (SnowPro Core or Advanced) required; client facing or consulting experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex data engineering projects involving Snowflake, dbt, and cloud data platforms with a strong focus on technical architecture and delivery.
Proven ability to mentor and support teams, with strong communication skills capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in agile environments, managing multiple responsibilities, and adapting to fast-paced dynamic projects involving modern data orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
