Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
Proven experience leading technical teams or complex software initiatives while contributing as an active developer.
Strong expertise in modern front-end technologies (React/Angular/Vue.js, Next/Nuxt, JavaScript/TypeScript), backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js), AWS development (including serverless AWS Lambda), databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD, automated testing, containers, DevOps practices, application and API security, and Agile environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader who balances hands-on coding with managing and mentoring a software team within Agile product teams.
Deep understanding of full-stack architectures including frontend, backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and security standards.
Comfortable executing and improving complex software systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
