Engineering & Delivery Lead - Data Services

Own end-to-end technical delivery, architectural alignment, and scaling of global Data Services platform engineering.

Manage, hire, and develop distributed agile engineering teams with direct line management responsibility, driving sprint execution and technical excellence.

Champion AI-first software delivery using generative AI tools to accelerate development, automate testing, and maintain enterprise compliance and security standards.

12-15+ years of software/data engineering experience in large-scale, regulated environments (preferably financial services).

5+ years of engineering line management experience leading distributed teams with full hiring and performance evaluation responsibilities.

Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB), API development, CI/CD tools (Harness/Jenkins), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

LocationRequirement: Based in or willing to relocate to Pune, India. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

Experienced senior engineering leader who has driven global agile delivery and architectural governance for complex data platforms.

Technically hands-on, especially with backend Java microservices, secure high-throughput data pipelines, and enforcing rigorous security and audit compliance.

Proven capability to integrate AI-driven developer tools and drive engineering productivity improvements with generative AI technologies.
