Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) is mandatory.
2–5+ years of software development experience required.
Strong proficiency in React, Python, REST API development, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
Experience in designing and maintaining ETL/data migration processes is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable and maintainable software systems involving frontend, backend, and data pipelines.
Experience or interest in enterprise-level AI products, with some exposure or willingness to work on AI/LLMs being beneficial though not mandatory.
Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership of end-to-end software components.
