Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, and delivery for Snowflake and dbt-based data solutions.
Serve as a technical lead and mentor guiding team members, managing projects, and providing technical support for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate requirements and designs into technical architectures and implementations.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Analytics.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core/Advanced) mandatory.
4+ years of experience with dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud and advanced SQL development skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), data modeling (Kimball), orchestration/ingestion tools (e.g., Airflow, ADF), Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and client-facing communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead comfortable managing end-to-end data platform implementations using Snowflake and dbt in cloud environments.
Consulting or client-facing background demonstrating ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including decision makers.
Strong foundation in computer science principles with capability to author technical documentation and lead agile software development processes.
