Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of application development experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Client-facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong foundation in computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Experienced in leading technical projects with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to various environments.
Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including decision makers.
