AI-LLM-Java -Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery of software applications.

Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and leadership to improve services.

Collaborate with architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into technical solutions across the software development lifecycle.

3-5 years of application development experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.

Proficiency in software development using agile methodologies and strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Client-facing or consulting experience preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in leading end-to-end software delivery with hands-on coding and technical mentoring responsibilities.

Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working in team environments adapting to various experience levels and handling multiple responsibilities in fast-paced settings.
