Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of programming experience with at least 7 years focused on Data Engineering using Azure Databricks, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Completed Data Engineering Associate or Professional certification is mandatory.
Delivered 6-8+ projects involving hands-on development on Databricks with deep knowledge of Spark runtime internals and cloud ecosystems (Azure mandatory, AWS/GCP plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; must be open to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to independently define and drive architecture for complex data engineering projects on Azure Databricks.
Strong background in Agile methodologies combined with strategic planning, mentoring, and managing globally distributed/offshore teams.
Current on Databricks platform capabilities and architecture trends with a proven record in client relationship management and delivering solutions within timelines.
