Lead the design and development of scalable test automation infrastructure using Python and Bash scripting, including integration with HITL and Virtual Simulation environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based test environments to ensure consistent automated test execution and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members to implement automated test strategies and frameworks across complex systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in automation script development.
Strong proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, Docker, and experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
Experience with unit testing in C++ or Matlab/Simulink and implementing automated test frameworks for complex systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and scaling test automation solutions involving simulation and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
Proficient in integrating automation workflows with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines in globally distributed teams.
Able to guide and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across development and quality assurance functions.
