Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions using enterprise BI tools.
Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards, reports, and semantic models using Power BI and Tableau to support self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring data accuracy through validation and quality assurance processes.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields.
Strong expertise in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard/report development, and performance optimization.
Advanced SQL skills covering joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; applicants with relevant coursework and extensive professional experience may be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with large datasets from multiple enterprise sources and strong understanding of data modeling and BI best practices.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and exposure to ETL/ELT and Agile practices is advantageous.
