Manage and evolve R&D Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities, including Planisware-enabled planning and portfolio processes.
Lead structured technology assessments and AI enablement initiatives to inform technology and investment decisions, developing roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Define and maintain detailed business, product, and data requirements (e.g., epics, features, user stories) and support Agile and SAFe delivery processes with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Data, or related field.
8-13 years of experience in business systems analysis, product analysis, or requirements engineering.
Hands-on experience with enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes and tools such as Planisware, Jira, and Confluence in Agile/SAFe environments.
Demonstrated skill in technology assessment, requirements documentation, AI-enabled use case definition, and data management practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consulting-style problem solving, structured analysis, and executive communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working in complex R&D or regulated environments with cross-functional global teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in aligning functional and technical requirements with product roadmaps and portfolio management priorities, especially involving AI, data governance, and Agile delivery.
