Software Test (QA) Automation Engineer - AI Startup (Remote EU time zone)

Develop and maintain end-to-end UI test automation for the Occibo web app using frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.

Translate product requirements into automated test plans, including edge cases and API level tests, ensuring regression coverage and test suite stability in CI pipelines.

Utilize AI tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and analysis, collaborating closely with development to implement test data strategies and maintain reliable selectors.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing or QA automation.

Experience with at least one test automation framework, preferably Playwright or Cypress.

Proficient with JavaScript or TypeScript and Git; understanding of CI pipelines and reliable test design.

Fluent English and ability to work during EU time zones or overlapping European business hours.

Experienced with startup environments requiring rapid iteration and ownership of quality assurance.

Familiar with AI-powered development workflows and using AI tools in testing processes.

Comfortable working fully remote with strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with founders and developers.
