Procurement Specialist I

Execute purchases of assets and accessories for global locations, focusing on cost reduction, on-time delivery, inventory and lead-time reduction.

Manage purchase requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, and audit ERP system data for accuracy to effectively manage inventory.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to improve processes, monitor vendor performance, support training, and resolve order and billing issues.

Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university.

5 to 8 years of related procurement or purchasing experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Experience with MRP systems, ERP data audits, and advanced spreadsheet/reporting manipulation including macros.

Ability to communicate clearly with global cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism in collaboration.

Experienced professional capable of working independently on diverse purchasing problems with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and process improvement skills focused on cost savings and efficiency in corporate purchasing.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment requiring planning, organization, and effective cross-team communication.
