Plan finished goods based on forecast and demand to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets for customer orders.
Manage internal, one-time-only (OTO), and drop ship orders including purchase order handling and invoice processing.
Oversee inventory management at distribution centers, handle scrap creation for expired/obsolete items, and lead daily management of finished goods planning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, or inventory management within a distribution or warehouse environment.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
On-site role based in Bengaluru, India; ability to work remotely supporting regions outside United States.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finished goods planning with an ability to analyze root causes for OTD misses and implement corrective actions.
Capable of managing multi-channel order types (internal, OTO, drop ship) and coordinating across teams and suppliers.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills demonstrated in supply chain or distribution center operations.
