Mentor and build a team of Functional SMEs, collaborate with development and QA teams, and ensure solution implementations align with target architecture.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years in Investment Banking domain with at least 8 years in regulatory reporting.
Strong knowledge of regulations such as Dodd Frank Act, MIFIR, CSDR, CASS, MSRB.
Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
Experience with JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and demonstrated ability leveraging AI tools for requirements gathering and workflow optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep regulatory expertise within Investment Banking, especially in OTC derivatives and structured products lifecycle.
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring SMEs in regulatory and functional business analysis contexts.
Comfortable working with senior business and technology stakeholders and integrating AI to enhance productivity and solution design.
