Design, develop, deploy, and maintain modular cloud-based systems focusing on OMS and ensure 99.9999% uptime of client environments.
Respond to service, infrastructure requests, and incidents; analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance SaaS delivery and automate pipelines on Azure and GCP, while educating teams on cloud technologies.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of work experience.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Shell scripting (Unix, Python), and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins.
Mandatory experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
Proficiency with Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally; familiarity with ITIL processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working with scalable, resilient microservices in cloud and SaaS environments, particularly Azure and GCP.
Capable of leading technical problem-solving, driving root-cause fixes, and improving deployment automation and security.
Able to provide technical mentorship and training to teams on open-source cloud and automation technologies.
