Own and drive global Record to Report (RTR) process standardization, design future-state solutions, and ensure consistent execution across regions and business units.
Lead process transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
Define, maintain, and govern RTR policies, SOPs, controls, and process documentation; monitor key RTR KPIs and lead continuous improvement and innovation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
Proven experience in Global Process Ownership, Finance Transformation, or Shared Services leadership roles.
Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, S4/HANA, OneStream, or equivalent systems.
Work Experience Required: A strong track record of progressive finance and accounting experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading global process standardization and transformation programs with demonstrated success.
Familiar with governance, policy definition, and compliance in RTR processes internationally.
Capable of driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and change management in complex global environments.
