Document standard operating procedures, coordinate between onsite and offshore teams, support SOX/PCI audits, and drive process improvements related to IAM operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
Experience with IAM products like Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), SailPoint IIQ (IIQ), and Ping Identity (PING).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years cybersecurity experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in IAM operations with practical expertise in supporting OIM, IIQ, and Ping Identity in production environments.
Capable of coordinating effectively between offshore and onsite teams, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
Comfortable participating in audits (SOX/PCI) and on-call rotations to maintain IAM system health and compliance.
