Manage daily Capital Market Operations including processing and monitoring transactions across equities, debt, mutual funds, and other products.
Ensure timely trade confirmation, settlement, daily reconciliations, and resolution of operational discrepancies.
Coordinate with brokers, custodians, exchanges, depositories, and internal teams to maintain compliance with SEBI and internal standards, and support operational reporting and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
1–4 years experience in Capital Market Operations, Settlements, Reconciliations, Custody, or Trade Processing.
Strong knowledge of Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, Depositories (NSDL/CDSL), Exchanges, and associated regulatory/compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience handling end-to-end trade lifecycle including settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.
Strong familiarity with capital market regulatory frameworks and operational compliance (SEBI, Exchange, Depository).
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders including brokers, custodians, internal teams, and auditors, with strong analytical and communication skills.
