Minimum Requirements

10-15 years of experience in Capital Market Operations, covering settlements, clearing, custody, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple simultaneous processes.
Strong knowledge of NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, SEBI regulations and capital market products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader accustomed to managing complex, multi-process capital market operations environments.
Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvement, automation, and compliance in regulated financial markets.
