Working knowledge of janitorial operations including cleaning chemicals, equipment maintenance, hygiene standards, and waste disposal.
On-site work location in Kolkata, West Bengal; weekly scheduled hours 48.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing teams and vendors in residential or similar property management settings with strong operational oversight.
Demonstrated skills in coordinating cleaning services, training staff, and enforcing discipline and etiquette standards.
Familiarity with MS Office and ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms about technical and operational issues.
