Associate Business Systems Analyst, Commercialization Technology

Support evolution of portfolio governance operations capabilities by partnering with Product Owners, stakeholders, and tech teams to translate business needs into technology requirements and support delivery.

Manage full technology delivery lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing, documentation, and production support within an Agile environment.

Develop and execute product demonstrations and maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.

Bachelor's degree required.

2 to 4 years of information systems experience as a business analyst supporting enterprise software or data solutions.

Proficiency with Agile methodologies and experience writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in Agile project management systems such as JIRA.

Experience providing IT system user support including troubleshooting, training, and incident response.

Experience working in global, cross-functional Agile teams supporting enterprise-grade software delivery, preferably in regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.

Proven ability to effectively communicate technical and business requirements to multiple stakeholder types and manage product backlog prioritization.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and DevOps practices, as well as tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms.
