Review monthly financial reports prepared by accounting teams to ensure IFRS and Group Reporting compliance.
Control financial and operational data inputs in OneStream, including variance analysis of financial statements (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, off-balance sheet accounts).
Support projects on balance sheet reconciliations, risk-based financial reviews, OneStream mapping validations, and assist entities with reporting queries to ensure timely sign-offs.
Minimum Requirements
CA Qualification mandatory.
4 to 6 years of relevant financial consolidation, controlling, and reporting experience in FNA domain.
Proficient in HFM/OneStream and Smart View applications with advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookup, pivots, complex formulas).
Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in financial consolidation and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of IFRS and accounting standards relevant to group financial reporting.
Experience working independently under tight deadlines, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
Previous exposure to BPO environment is preferable but not mandatory.
