Own the end-to-end daily accounting, book close, and financial reporting for the Terminal ATR organization.
Partner closely with Terminal Head of Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting and continuous process improvements.
Lead standardization of ATR processes across terminals and ensure process compliance and quality accounting delivery from the team.
Minimum Requirements
9-10 years experience in ATR accounting domain; minimum 3-4 years in Accounting Manager/FNA Manager/ATR Controller role.
Qualified Chartered Accountant with good understanding of IFRS.
Experience leading a team of 3-4 members and coaching capabilities.
Strong domain knowledge of ATR processes and subledgers (STP and OTC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing full month-end book close and statutory reporting in a complex terminal finance environment.
Skilled in stakeholder management, able to collaborate effectively with senior finance leaders and cross-functional partners.
Comfortable leading change initiatives, maintaining process discipline, and driving continuous improvement of finance processes.
