Monitor and analyze system performance using observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana; identify bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years experience in performance testing/engineering.
Proficiency with LoadRunner and Gatling performance testing tools.
Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins and scripting languages including Python, Scala, Java, Shell, Ansible, or Groovy.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS and on-premise high-scale distributed systems.

Comfortable working independently to develop automated testing pipelines and troubleshoot complex performance issues.
