Senior Business Systems Lead

Lead discovery and evaluation of AI and automation opportunities across business processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance experiences.

Drive end-to-end solution design, testing support, defect triage, and go-live readiness ensuring alignment with business intent and control requirements.

Collaborate with senior leaders, technology, analytics, and operations teams to deliver scalable AI/automation solutions and communicate business value clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Experience leading discovery and solutioning for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving AI or automation preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

In-office work expected a minimum 3 days per week with some flexibility; Timings: 4:45 PM – 1:15 AM IST.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI and automation solutions in regulated or financial services environments.

Experience engaging directly with senior and executive stakeholders to influence decision making and navigate ambiguity.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data storytelling, dashboards, or data visualization to drive prioritization and quantify benefits.
