Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years as a Product Owner with experience in Agile methodology and mission-critical software products.
Mandatory experience in datacenter/IT infrastructure and leading product lines or multi-team initiatives with ownership of roadmap and business outcomes.
Strong skills in writing clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment; experience with discovery and product definition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex enterprise software products, preferably with a background in engineering, technology, or UX.
Familiar with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise products and working in regulated business domains (e.g., financial reporting).
Capable of leveraging AI-assisted tools responsibly for discovery, requirements drafting, backlog analysis, and communication while maintaining final accountability and quality control.
