Minimum Requirements
7 - 10 years experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering with enterprise-scale QA leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Hands-on expertise with Java-based automation frameworks and testing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, React JS.
Experience in API, integration, database testing, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven), cloud platforms (OCI, MS Azure), and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience designing and driving QA strategy for complex, multi-tenant, enterprise SaaS or supply chain related software products.
Strong background in quality governance, risk management, quality metrics and release decision support.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product Management and DevOps with strong analytical and communication skills.
