Lead test automation strategy by designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Bash.
Develop and maintain automated test execution engines compatible with Hardware-in-the-Loop and Virtual Simulation environments including integration with Simulink Test and Simulink Check.
Manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) and Docker containerized test environments ensuring consistent deployment and automated scoring/reporting mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience in automation script development.
Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting (Bash), Docker, and CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Experience with unit testing in C++ or Matlab/Simulink environments and version control systems (Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing automated test solutions for complex systems with hardware-in-the-loop and simulation components.
Technical leader capable of mentoring junior team members and collaborating across global cross-functional teams including developers and Independent Verification & Validation (IVV) teams.
Proficient in integrating automation workflows with DevOps practices and managing scalable test infrastructure leveraging containerization and CI/CD.
