Technical Engineering Manager_Core AI

Lead and scale a team of AI and software engineers to architect and deploy production AI systems powering FloQast’s accounting automation platform.

Drive technical direction for AI products including intelligent chatbots, document processing, and agentic workflows, ensuring robust, compliant, and observable AI product delivery in a B2B SaaS context.

Recruit, mentor, and collaborate globally to grow FloQast’s AI capabilities and establish AI-centric technical standards and best practices across teams.

5+ years of software engineering management experience leading delivery of complex backend or AI products.

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python, backend development, and cloud-native (preferably AWS) expertise.

Experience with production AI systems including LLM APIs, RAG, conversational AI, and scalable AI system design.

Experience managing distributed teams and hands-on recruiting and mentorship in engineering roles.

Experienced in delivering AI solutions in a B2B SaaS environment, with strong operational and technical leadership in modern AI paradigms and LLMOps.

Skilled at driving Agile software delivery with a focus on automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for AI systems.

Proficient communicator able to align technical AI strategies with business and global engineering stakeholders.
