Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers and manufacturing SMEs to deliver impactful data solutions, driving Agile practices and continuous delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in data engineering with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Big Data, Data Warehousing, Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL, streaming architectures (Kafka, Spark), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Position requires onsite work five days a week; visa sponsorship is not available.

Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring engineering teams while driving Agile delivery in complex data platform projects.
Deep technical expertise in architecting and building large-scale, secure, and real-time data platforms supporting manufacturing and supply chain analytics.
Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders and translating strategic requirements into technical implementations.
