Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
6-8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with at least 3 years focused on APAC markets.
Proven experience managing complex sourcing projects and delivering cost savings.
On-site location: Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in APAC market dynamics and supplier landscapes, including regulatory and ESG compliance.
Experience handling multi-stakeholder, high-value negotiations and category management.
Familiarity with procurement systems, contract management tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
