Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce applications using declarative tools, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise APIs, databases, cloud services, and other business applications.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including prototyping, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5 to 9 years of experience in software development or software engineering, including serving as a Salesforce developer or software engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including declarative capabilities (Flow, validations, security), Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Working knowledge of relational databases, SOQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning production Salesforce applications, complex integrations, and automation in an enterprise environment.
Capable of working cross-functionally with product owners, UX/design teams, data engineers, and QA in agile delivery settings.
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and best practices, enterprise security models, DevOps and CI/CD tools, and ability to navigate regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical domains is a plus.
