Lead end-to-end ETF basket production, primary market activity, and settlement execution for U.S. and global markets, ensuring accuracy and risk management.
Drive operational excellence by overseeing daily ETF basket operations, settlements, and resolution of complex basket and settlement issues, partnering with Technology and Product teams.
Own operational risk framework, audit and regulatory compliance, and lead teams to support growth initiatives including new fund launches and regulatory changes.
Minimum Requirements
15-16 years overall experience in Settlements, Custody, and Investment Banking domain.
8+ years experience specifically in ETF Operations, Basket Operations, Settlements, or related asset servicing.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting from a reputed institution.
Must be flexible to work Night shifts without exception.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership managing large operational teams in high-volume, time-sensitive ETF or asset servicing environments.
In-depth knowledge of ETF primary market mechanics including baskets, PCFs, NSCC processes, and settlement flows.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Trading, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency, and supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
