Deliver operational finance Integration and Separation (I&S) projects supporting CFOs and finance stakeholders across the deal lifecycle (pre-deal to post-deal).
Lead PMO activities and support finance workstreams on small to medium-sized I&S engagements.
Own and maintain engagement financials, oversee junior staff on larger projects, and contribute to report deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years total work experience.
MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent accounting degree from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with deal lifecycle (pre-signing to post-close) and experience with M&A transactions or related processes.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; understanding of finance functions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, or Internal Audit.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working on cross-functional finance transformation projects within M&A transaction environments.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead operational activities with autonomy under high-pressure conditions.
Comfortable working with diverse clients across industries and collaborating with advisory firms such as banks, law firms, and technology companies.
