Mentor and uplift the India-based engineering team by implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and coaching junior engineers.

6+ years of software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, RESTful services, and hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.

Experience working collaboratively with global, cross-geography teams.

Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable with both backend and frontend technologies and cloud environments.

Proven ability to own end-to-end software delivery and lead a technical team distributed across geographies.

Familiarity or experience with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR is highly advantageous.
