AI Engineer, Agentic Systems (Quality Engineering)

Lead development and maintenance of automated AI agent workflows integrating enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, and custom IT applications.

Build and improve agentic AI features including multi-step business workflow agents using LLM orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Develop evaluation suites, safety guardrails, and observability tools to ensure quality, security, and performance of AI agents operating in enterprise environments.

1-4 years professional software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrable capability.

Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js with solid backend fundamentals and REST API experience.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompting, tool calling, and building agentic or RAG pipelines.

Must be located in Bangalore or able to work from Bangalore office; role is not open to visa sponsorship.

Experienced in building production AI agents with multi-agent coordination and autonomous loops in enterprise IT contexts.

Familiar with integration of major enterprise platforms like Salesforce and SAP via APIs, webhooks, and message queues.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, QA, product, and security teams to deliver reliable AI-driven enterprise automation features.
