SuccessFactors Certification required.
Demonstrated people management and team development experience.

Experienced in leading full lifecycle SuccessFactors HRIS implementations with integration and configuration expertise.
Strong leadership style with capability to engage senior client stakeholders and manage escalations.
Proven track record in mentoring teams, driving project governance, and delivering transparent project reporting.
